Reviews of 2009 Wines
Wine Advocate
‘Blended of 68% Shiraz, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon and 14% Merlot, the 2009 Two Left Feet was aged in 88% American oak and 12% French, 52% new. Very deep garnet-purple in color, it offers pronounced notes of black currant cordial, blueberry pie filling, anise, chocolate and hints of eucalyptus, vanilla and baking spices. Very full-bodied and opulently fruited, the palate is well structured with crisp acid and medium-firm, fine-grained tannins...’ – 91+ points, Lisa Perrotti-Brown, www.erobertparker.com

Wine Spectator
‘Supple and generous, a full-on burst of dark berry, black cherry, licorice and tar aromas and flavors that power through a long and focused finish. Drink now through 2013.’ – 90 points, Harvey Steiman, www.winespectator.com

Nick’s Wine Merchants
‘The 2009 Two Left Feet is a blend of 68% Shiraz, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon and 14% Merlot. Totally opaque black crimson colour with very deep black crimson hue showing good glass cling. The nose reveals aromas of blackberry, liquorice and confectionary followed by a hint of spice. Full bodied with mouthfilling opulent flavours of super ripe blackberry, liquorice, confectionary and spice followed by some strong black pepper characters on the back palate. Outstanding concentration. Fine grained balanced tannins with long aftertaste of blackberry, black pepper and liquorice. An excellent blend that delivers richness, weight and a strong peppery finish.’ – 95 points, Nicks Wine Merchants, www.nicks.com.au
